Gymnastics Beginner

Description:

Beginners age 5 - 3rd grade
● Vault: Pop-up (no hands)
● Bars: Pullover w/ mat, 3 casts in a row, forward roll, 3 second bent arm hang.
● Beam: Jumps, Lunges, Kicks, and getting comfortable on various beam heights.
● Floor: Forward roll to stand, backward roll on wedge, cartwheel, handstand, back bend with straight arms.

This 5-week course is offered by Jayden Smieja and Abri Myrum. Wear comfortable clothing, pull hair back and bring a water bottle.

Gymnastic classes will be offered with a minimum ratio of 1 coach to every 8 gymnasts in order to provide supervision and guidance for safety.
