Carly Larson is offering a beginner's class about sourdough bread.
The class will include:
*how to bake sourdough with taste-testing samples of the fresh baked loaf
*health benefits, big picture overview of the process
*vocabulary
*how to stretch, fold and shape dough (hands-on)
*techniques, mix-ins, recipes
Everyone will leave with:
*sourdough starter
*banneton with cotton liner
*cotton tea towel
*bread scraper
*ready to bake loaf
Please bring a glass bowl with you.
